The Paramus Health Department is pleased to announce the return of the Paramus Walks program. This free community walking program is designed to support residents in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

The program will begin on Monday, April 20, 2026, and will run through June 15, 2026.

Participants are invited to join a guided 2-mile walk at Van Saun County Park every Monday morning at 9:00 AM. The program will run for eight weeks and is open to residents ages 18 and older of all fitness levels.

Participants will meet in Parking Lot 1 (P1), accessible from Continental Avenue, and are encouraged to walk at their own pace.
