Join the Paramus Health Department for our Paramus Walks program! To help our community members form and maintain more active lifestyles, we will hold a walk every Monday morning for 10 weeks. This program is free and open to Paramus residents of all ages.

In order to enter Van Saun County Park, use the Continental Avenue entrance and take the road until Parking Lot 1 on your left side. Please park in Parking Lot 1 (P1) where we will gather before we start to walk.

The Paramus Health Department is proud to announce our fifth Narcan Training and Distribution Program open to all residents. Participants will learn about the opioid epidemic and how to administer Narcan to rapidly reverse an opioid overdose. Each participant will receive two doses of Narcan to take with them. The event will take place at the Paramus Public Library, located at 116 East Century Road, Paramus, NJ 07652.

The Paramus Health Department is excited to host an educational program about how to handle anxiety. Join Susan Breithaupt, Social Worker for a discussion about what anxiety is and tips on how to overcome/manage it.
