The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is committed to improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals, advancing professional best practices, and building awareness.


National Sexual Assault Hotline

The National Sexual Assault Hotline connects sexual assault victims with a trained support specialist by phone and online chat. Individuals are provided with information, advice, or a referral for care.


STOMP Out Bullying Crisis Line

STOMP Out Bullying is a free and confidential online chat for those between the ages of 13 and 24 years old to help with bullying/cyber bulling issues, and to provide support to youth who may be at risk of suicide.

Trans Lifeline connects trans people to the community support and resources we need to survive and thrive.


The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project provides suicide prevention and mental health support for LGBTQ+ young people by phone, text, and online chat. Individuals are connected to a trained counselor who will listen without judgement to understand and support those in need.
