The Paramus Health Department is offering free OraQuick Rapid Antibody Test Kits for HIV-1 and HIV-2.

What’s Included

The HIV test kit from the Paramus Health Department comes in an envelope which does not indicate the contents inside. This helps to ensure that those requesting an HIV test can privately access a test without fear of stigma. Included is:

• 1 OraQuick Rapid Antibody HIV test
• A testing instruction guide
• A link to an anonymous and confidential survey
• A community resource guide for HIV support in Bergen County

How to Receive Your HIV Test

Test kits can be obtained at the Paramus Health Department, located at 1 West Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey 07652, by contacting our confidential email address HealthSupport@paramusborough.org, or by calling 201-265-2100 ext. 2502.

Additionally, test kits can be mailed to those in and around the Bergen County area. To request an HIV test kit by mail, please use the form below.

Test kits will be mailed in a package which does not reveal its contents, ensuring that those in need of an HIV test can receive one confidentially.
